Subject: Saving a Poser Scene to export to Vue d'Esprit

I have a scene in Poser that I would love to bring into Vue and finalize. I haven't a clue as to how to begin. I am a complete novice and have both programs. Sure could use the benefit of someone's wonderful expertise. I also have an object that has already been saved in Vue that I want to insert into that scene. I would deeply appreciate any assistance. If you have Poser4, just save your scene as a Pz3, close Poser and then open Vue and import it as you would any object. The file you have saved already should also load up the same way. Genny

Thank you very much Genny. I will try it right away.

heyas; note: if your default poser state is to use limits, and you turned them off for your pz3, it won't open correctly in vue. vue will actually read the state of poser with the limits and force the pz3 to obey them, despite the saved state. pretty weird, but a potential to really screw up your scene :) if you have an object in vue, open the vue file and save the object to the vue object library (if you haven't already). then you can pull it into other scenes.

Hi and thank you. I thought I was nuts. For what you stated is exactly what happened. My scene would not open in Vue. So now, it boils down to, I evidently am not saving it correctly in Poser 4. Because of that I was starting to get into the manual to try and get a better understanding of how to do it. I'm told it can be done, but still have to find a way. Need a great tutorial for this puppy. Thanks for answering. I do appreciate it.
