hi, after sometime i have decided to go back to my Silent Running, Valley Forge model, however i have to admit defeat on one part, i have thrown many teddies trying to make this item, can anyone throw together a version for me, pretty please, 3ds format would be preferred, but i'll take what i can get, its the angles, i guess my old brain aint up to the math. pleeeeasssee. XXX, richard.

If you can build one side, you could then duplicate them and build it that way, but maybe someone will have time to build one for you. Good luck!

the object you're asking for is a simple geosphere with some extra details added. That's not quite right, airflamesred, you see in the pic the object has those square panels on it, plus the lego-esque pegs on normal panels. It's good for the what, 5, 10 minutes you spent on it, but not exact. I sound kinda mean... shrug

hey i'd like to thank airflamesred for the work, i dint think i could do it, but from this i've managed to go back to it and work it through, all ive got to do now is fill in a couple of squares, so thanks for the help, most appreciated.

well, i guess motivation works, close enough for jazz i believe, for the techs its a 3ds file 395KB, 15436 polys, phew

hmm..could do it in Wings 3d, basic primitive, some extruding, beveling, and some edge stuff..but looks like you've got it pretty well..now if you can get those l'il robots..;)
