This is my second start. I was working on Red Rain by Peter Gabriel but since I already posted a Gabriel tune in the poser challenge I thought I'd mess with something different too and I am starting to like this one. This is based on Grieg's "In the Hall of the Mountain King". I always pictured a huge cave in the side of a mountain with vast halls inside when I hear this piece. I have a few ideas for adds, guards, small bridges, something in the water, and am still playing with pov...but, any suggestions?

Looks great so far.

darken the foregrond with some Neg-radials or post to allow the focus on the center. Nothing extreme, just a little mood setting. IMHO Looks good!

LOL, I changed the radials in there now to have a ranged fall off, right after I posted this version...looks much better, brings out the center nicely.

Oh, this looks like it could be good. Dammit, claymor, I thought you said you were going to stop work on this month`s challenge. Heehee.

this is already great... like ICM said a littlwe lighting effects would do... but the modelling is already all to superb

Great setting! It's one of the most fascinating pieces in the Peer Gynt... so powerful. I don't have any suggestions apart from the above, to me this is a-ok.

Man, this is good! I love the way the light focuses attention on the king. If you add characters, make them all dark to keep the contrast on the king.

Agreed. Very nice.
