Does anyone remember a vendor who something like a Cirque du Soleil Michael-ish character? and is there anything like that for Victoria? I feel like I should buy a few while there are costumes (if you know anything about Cirque's latest project, this may be a moot issue...)

I am a Cirque du Soleil fan and would like to know what you are referring to with the moot issue statement. What do you know about their latest project? As for Cirque du Soleil type stuff, the only thing that comes to mind is the Fyreenas pack for V3. The link is above. It's not heavy Cirque stuff but the hats and some of the makeup makes me think of Cirque a bit. Good luck with your search. Frank

I know that NightCelt has a character called Nicotinus that sort of has that clownly look and feel, I think his figure is here in the Marketplace

I am sorry for being elliptical. The new Cirque du Soleil project, slated for New York and Las Vegas, is called Zumanity. It is an adult only and will feature partial nudity which is why the question of question of clothing is jokingly moot... If you look on the Cirque official site or "Google" Zumanity, you call read and see more details.
