Subject: Can't Open JPG TExture files from MayaStudio

tebop ( ) posted Sat, 14 June 2003 at 1:03 AM · edited Mon, 29 July 2024 at 5:34 AM

Hello , i don't know why this is. But the JPG texture files in all of the free products in Maya Studio, 3digitalcraffs.net/studiomaya don't work for me. Why is this. I'm on a macintosh System 9.2. I asked on the other forum( poser) and they said "what are you talking about? They work great" It seemed they were PC users and had no trouble opening them or using them in their poser works. Any macos users know why they don't work on mine. I get message "File is corrupted can't open"

you need to use Mac Converter (click link above)

Mmm. no no, it's not a problem with the OBJ or CR2, just the textures. Mac Converter doesn't convert Textures

Then textures would not work but i tried opening with stuffit and the texture now work perfectly. that was weird. i never thought that would be it
