As I am a skydiver myself, i realy want to make skydive scenes in Bryce/poser. I am getting close to finishing my little project, only one major thing is missing. I have my poserdudes jumping in shorts/jeans/tshirts etc. I would really love to dress em up with one-piece skydive suits. If anyone has any textured or non-textured one-piece suits (not sure if this is the correct english for it) they wish to share i would be very gratefull. PS. i am also looking for a backpack for the chute, but i can work around it by placing the camera below the diver. This causes a major restriction though. Anyway, I've been looking for Poser jump gear for over 3years now....perhaps one day I'll get this modeling stuff figured out and get some made! gee DAZ lets the MilFolk do all the dangerous stuff like scuba diving, rock climbing, motor biking......but won't let them spend a day at the Drop Zone??!!??

Hi Igohigh, my DZ is in Teuge Holland. This is only my 3rd year as a jumper, 30 jumps. And I agree, the DAZers should spend some time at 12,000 feet. Blue skies to ya! Zigster.

Zigster and Igohigh! my name is Ori and i'm living in Israel i'm a new skydiver (25 jumps) and i just posted 2 minutes ago a post in which i'm searching for free gear model - suit/rig/parachute for a skidiver. i have poser, but i don't really work with it. who works with it is a friend of mine, and i wanted her to make me some jumpers in order to edit them in Photoshop and print a T-shirt (i already did one, but it was with my 'children like' regular drawings and with long sleeves... now i want a short one :) ) so - did you find anything cool for a skydiver character? if so - please let me know :) ! blue skies to all! Welcome aboard Kuper! I've been hanging around this community for about 3 or so years now and still haven't found any decent jump gear. Personally I can barely assemble a few polygon boxes to create crude buildings and platforms, haven't even tried tackling making clothes 8( Hopfully one day someone will beat me to it, in the meantime I'm keeping at trying to figure out a way. I don't have any 'real' modeling app but maybe once I can get a grasp on Amapi (free version) I can figure something out...in the way future 8( Maybe if us jumpers can gang up on Traveler, Steve, PhilC, and Rena one of them will break down and loose their fear of hights and make something! G'day Kuper. I indeed tried out the ski-suit from Rena, but I couldn't get it to look anything like a skydiversuit. (allthough it makes a great ski-suit, wd Rena) I gave up my quest to create a decent skydiving render :/ I just dont have the skills ;) Goodluck in your search. May your skies be blue. Zigster

Well I'm not giving up, it's just not in a skydiver's blood! I just have to learn a hell of lot more!! The day will come that us skydivers rule the Poser skies! Blue Skies and Happy Rendering!
