Here is an M2 Angel WIP I've started with caleb's Volumetric Light. I searched the documentation that came with this Free Stuff item ,but can't find anything about turning it on. Any replies will be greatly appreciated!

I tried to download it to help you, but can't find it anywhere.. I think it should be under props/df-freeprops but I don't see that listed.. sorry...

its in my freebies gareee (be sure to double check the path in the freebie, i think i goofed on it) The light of the volumetric light is controlled by the surrounding light and how it hits the cone. It still requires there be some world lighting in the accual scene for the volumetric lighting to work properly in poser. If there is another way around it I haven't found it Yet, but if there is i'm sure i'll stumble across it one of these days. Side note, do not place the light direclty above the center of the cone or you won't get any effect at all, off set it at a slight angel, sorry this one wasn't designed to work with direct top lighting. oops one last thing ;) the accual size of the cone varies with lighting but from my general experience with it, it usually is from 1/2 to 2/3rds the accual cone inner area.

I checked the path in the zip, and that's where I looked in poser. IMHO a better place to put it might have been lights, since it looks like a great light effect! I didn't install the crate, just the lightcone files...

Would you care to post a screen shot of how many scene lights it takes, the Light Control itself would be nice! Are the scene lights set to Infinite or Spot? = )

BTW - Thanks for mentioning the spacial needs of the lights from the cone! Should I have assumed this meant "Spot" Lights? I'm still interested in a scrnsht. of your light control, how many lights are you suggesting? My guess is 4. = )

spot lights or global lighting, i usually use 4 global lights and very there brightness for the cone (see img) reason i usually use 4 equal volume lights is to insure the cone stays even across all sides. can be done with 1 and 2 lights but sometimes it gives you odd effects depending on how you position them.
