Really is a great photo....should enter it for the challenge!

Hmm does it qualify as night? If so, concider this an entry :p

I love the shot, but the only light source is the sun, so I don't see how that qualifies as "night" photography.

Well I saw it as a low light shot.....but that's just me...to me night also means low light/sun set type stuff....certainly open to debate if anyone cares too add their opinions that would be great.... :~) Does night only mean outside in the dark.....with city lights or moon light as the light source? To mean it doesn't shrug Anyone else?

Was just thinking out loud (via type?). Actually, I'm not into many rules about what is or what isn't stuff.

Well this is one of the reasons it was moved to the forum, so that we could debate as a group about this sort of stuff. I remember being almost in tears because some dipshit felt it was their duty to rag on me and call me names over decisions I had made in regards to entries (namely his). I decided right then and there that that would never happen again. We almost didn't have a challenge anymore, that's how upset I was..... :~( So really Marshall I welcome your thoughts, and everyone elses, for the reasons mentioned above but also because it's important! :~)
