Subject: Making photos/graphics 3D when using 3D Glasses???

I know most people have seen 3D pictures that require you to use 3D glasses to see them pop out at you. Is there anyway possible that you can get that effect in photoshop, so that when you print out the picture/graphic and put on some 3D glasses on you will see the picture popping out at you, just like all the 3D posters, pages from magazines, etc. that people have seen. Does anybody know how this effect of tricking your eyes work, etc? Thanks to anyone who can help.
