I understand completely. I had a harddrive go belly up and I lost a years woth of files, not jus art, but game & correspondence/business files... Fortunately I have multiple hd's. Unfortunately, the one that went was my vault (don't it figure?) It's good to have you back. It's small consolation, but look at it this way: Now you can do all new stuff that's better because of what you learned from the past efforts (Still bites, though!). Something that helps: get a CD burner and burn copies of scenes and images periodically, at this point its locking the door after the hosses are gone... but it'll keep you from going through it again. Blank CD's are CHEAP.

Guess what, The Hardrive on my iMac crashed and I've lost EVERYTHIN' I'VE DONE IN THE PAST 2 YEARS !!! :/// After a 2 weeks tryin' to find a Mac-compatible HD I've finally found a guy which have broken his iMac (felt from the shelf) and I've purchased it from him. PS.: I'm still under medication to not try to kill myself from the lost :/ (somewhat kiddin')...
