I want the models not walk around just in space but between buildings/houses or so. Can I make buildings/houses with poser or must I use another program (freeware if possible?) Thanks a lot benny

There are many buildings here and all over that sell buildings that are already made for poser and lots that are not. 3ds, obj can import quite nicely or a regular poser model building. It is always nice if they are already textured and have all their files with them and you just add. Some buildings are high in polygons and that may slow your computer down. It all depends on the model. We also sell different types of buildings (architecture) most of the buildings are poseable. But you can get them from RMP, many are free in the freebie section here and very nice....you could look up zippy here, many nice buildings for poser. Sharen

You can build your own; it's fairly easy to make decent rooms, windows and doors with just the Poser native props. But if you want good pre-made buildings, you can't do better than SAMS3D. Sharen and Mike know how to make actual houses, that feel like real humans could live in them. (Unpaid endorsement!)

I like Sams3D! They make the best houses and buildings (and everything else). I've tried building my own houses (in Ray Dream Studio 5.5 and Carrara) and it's a real pain. My real problem is with texturing them afterward because without the textures they just look like boxes. Sams3D has the most realistic looking models, they're very inexpensive, and they don't hog all the memory. (Another unpaid endorsement.)
