Introducing Nice Niche Productions' first texture pack: Vicki 3 - the 9 to 5 Pack #1. 4 texture sets - 16 textures in all, plus several transparency maps to create a variety of jackets, shorten sleeves, and shorten the hem. Each texture map is 2048 by 2048 for detail that holds up, even for close shots.

Well, you're probably thinking, "Who the heck is Nice Niche? How do we know they're any good?" Currently, it's just your friendly neighborhood Crescent, but it may expand outward down the line. (And not just by Crescent eating more donuts.) I've been around a while, and I hope my reputation will be a positive influence for considering the texture pack.

Okay, enough with the marketing grovel - on with the contest! One guess per question per day. (Take a stab at all three questions, just once per day.) The prize is ... drum roll, please ... a free copy of the texture pack!

1. What day and time (within the hour) will the 9 to 5 Pack hit the MP? I just uploaded it, and it's my first product.

2. What is the price? (Before the sale discount.)

3. How many total files are in the pack? This includes MAT files, the license file and the readme. (I didn't put in .png files since PPP and P5 can create them from .rsr files.)

If one person gets multiple answers correct, the next person to guess correctly one of those questions also wins. (I.e. if Person A answers questions 1 and 3 correctly, and Person B guesses question 3 correctly after Person A, then Person A is considered to win for question 1 and Person B wins for question 3. This ensures three winners.)

If any question is not answered correctly by the time the product is released, the closest answer wins. (Or the second closest if the first person has already answered another question correctly.)

Actually I'm asking what clothes these textures will apply themselves to. I won't bother to enter to contest...I'm terrible at these games...but I'd love to know when it's available. Great work! A niche that definitely can use filling. :) Now on to the real contestants.

Note: the voluptuous morph absolutely will not work with this pack due to the way the morph moves the vertices. The male pack may work with some textures, but these are more feminine styles. I will be working on a more masculine set as well.

There's been a misunderstanding on how the MAT poses work in this package since it's modular. (Apply the Reset so the dress is solid white, apply the texture, then apply the transparency. If you don't apply a texture before applying a transparency, yes, the non-transparent parts of the dress comes out white. Sigh) If I made a MAT pose for every single combination of textures, skirt lengths, sleeve lengths, etc. I'd have literally hundreds of MAT files. I'm trying to get a hold of the tester to get it straightened out. A few people are very close on the number of files (just remember, it's 16 different textures, 15 transparency options between hems, sleeve lengths and such, and gobs of MAT files to apply everything.) I'll have some more promo pictures up in a few days at my site. Cheers!

Good grief, I had everything go wrong but my computer spontaneously combust (knock on wood)! The textures are finally up! Please wait until 2 July if you'd like to buy the package so you can take advantage of the sale!!! irish is the first winner - $10 for the package, but for 3 weeks, starting tomorrow, it will be on sale for $7.50. caly wins for closest guess on files - there's 98 files in the package. kethram wins for closest guess on when it was released.
