So I want to use the V3 male morph pack to change vicky into a man so that I can use my new camelot textures for the morphing fantasy dress. (Why oh why couldn't it just fit michael?!) So I got the male morph pack and installed it, clicked on the injection file under my pose/!v3 male morph pack directory and I get nothing. Vickie remains the same no matter what. double click, single click, or the check mark button. Nothing happens. I CAN use my man testures to make her skin darker and have man hair. As for changing the shape of her body it's a no go. Please help! *I am using Poser 5 *I am using the male morph pack from Daz3d.com

Do you have the latest updates for V3 and the Male Morphs? I believe it's SR1.1 for both of them. Usually when the morph package doesn't work, it's because V3 and/or the morph pack is not up-to-date. Cheers!

Ok, where can I find SR1. I DO NOT want SR3, as it messed up my materials room when I tried to install. So... Is there a place I can get JUST SR1?

Did you set the dials? Once you load a morph for V3 it adds that moprh into the list of dials. You must set the dials for them work. Hope I worded this right lol.

I have had problems with a number of those morph injection packages. If I get too many of them injected at one time, the dials don't work. If I remove them and just inject the ones I actually want to work with, the dials then work. There is no error message but everything seems to stop and the menu bar is grayed out.

I onlly have one morph in, it works on her haed but not on her body. I have set the dials and everything. Like I said, the head works great. Her neck also works. When I choose 'body' I can onlly get one morph in, if I try for another, it only replaces the one I had. When I change the dials on the one under 'body' It does a whole bunch of nothing. I don't get why the dials would work for head and neck bot for nothing else... any ideas?

Mikachan you can find the sr1.1 updates on the Daz product pages for both V3 and the Male Morph pack. Those updates are different from the SR3 for poser 5 that messed up your materials room so you wont have to worry about that.

GREAT!!! Thanx! I went back to my old copy of poser with sr3 on it, and found that it STILL didn't work. I can get the nec to change, but still only one dial under body and it didn't do anything. hmmm. What exaclty is the sr1.1 release?

You need to get the Victoria 3 SR1.1 and the Male Morph Pack SR1.1 releases from DAZ. Those files update Victoria 3 and the Morph Packs. They have nothing to do with Curious Lab's patches for the Poser program. You can contact DAZ's customer service to get the updates, though you may be able to download them from somewhere in your account. (No guarantees that the V3 and MM updates are there, but it's worth a try.)

Not the SRs for Poser 5, there was an SR1 release for Victoria 3 from DAZ. Nothing to do with Curious Labs. The male morph pack doesn't work properly on V3 without the SR1. However, in poser 5 I've occasionally had the problem you described with V3 SR1, too. It seems to happen when I have more than one V3 in a scene. It shouldn't make any difference, but I think P5 is a little buggy with V3. My fix was to morph the characters I wanted, save to the library then start a new file and reload. That worked...but I guess if you can't inject the morphs properly in the first place that won't help for you.

If you have more than one figure, you may be having a problem with cross talk. You may need to complete one figure (clothes-Pose-Etc), save it to your figure library. Create the second, then load the first figure from the library into your scene.

With P5, supposedly the crosstalk has been fixed. On the other hand, I've seen it rear it's ugly head randomly, especially with V3. Loading clothing before loading the figure seems to cause the crosstalk on occasion.
