Hi there, wondering if anyone has any advice about rendering animations in Vue 4. I would like to render an animation in 720x540, but even when I do a broadcast render with 25 frames per sec. and playback the file,(using AVI setting) it seems to 'jitter'. It doesn't run smoothly. The spec for my pc are: P3 1ghz, 640meg ram, Winxp Pro. Does anyone have any good tips for getting a smooth running animation?

Have a look in our Backroom (link in the header above) and see animation tutorials. But... they are for Mover 4 :-)Guitta

IT's normal, AVI is not a good format. The trick is rendering your movie in picture sequence then use QT or other that can import picture sequence and export it as movie (mov or other). AVI seems to be very CPU eater! Laurent

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
