Hello again,

I'm still very new to poser and I have a few more questions that I would like to ask you guys...

The first one might sound kind of dumb, but here it goes:
Do clothes come last when posing? If not is there a way to make the clothes "stick" to the person... I'm kind of dazed.

My second non-combo question is :
Is there is a tutorial that could give me a better understanding of Poser so that I don't have to bother you fine people with my newbie questions.

Finally, I have the Daz3D Milenium Dragon and I cannot see 'his' wings from underneath see attached picture (ignore the human head...) is there anything I can do about this?
Thanks again,
Mike

Most clothing is set up as "conforming" clothing. Select the clothing item, then go to the object menu (I think that's the right menu) and select "conform to" then choose the figure you want to wear the clothing. Each clothing item is set up for a particular figure. You can't make P4 nude woman clothing fit on Victoria for example. For prop clothing, go to the object menu and select "set parent" then set the body part you want the clothing to stick to. I don't know of any intro-to-poser tutes other than the one in the manual but there are bound to be some around. Somebody else might know. When I started, I mostly used the manual. Some people hate it, but where the basics are concerned it seemed fine to me. The underside of the dragon wings can only be seen when you render. You do know about rendering, right? It's in the menus up the top, but I do it so automatically I can't remember what the menu is called. I think it might even be "render".

Best way to start is to follow, or at least read, the tutorial in the manual/handbook.

As I showed you in your other post, You conform stuff to characters. The Dragon's wings will show up when you render it.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Ah, it's the figure menu, not the object menu. That makes sense. Sheesh, I never even notice what menu I'm using anymore. It just happens without me thinking about it. I really should get a social life.
