What you might try is to make every material in Vicky's head transparent except for the lips material. you set the parameters for the other body parts to not be visible. You could then animate the mouth using your Vicky character. The wall would be a background image that you imported. What would be great is if you could have the wall distort around the lips. You might try assigning the same background image to the skin of the head. I don't how to do this. If you can't assign it, then the lips will appear to be disembodied.

Here's an idea. I don't know if it would work, but it would be awesome if it did! ;-) First, create a flat square and use the Grouping Tool to assign it to the group "head". Export it as an OBJ. Now, go into Vicky's CR2, and change it so it points to this new OBJ instead of Vicky's geometry; save it as a new CR2. Use Morph Manager to remove all morphs from this, as you won't need them. Now you have a character which is just a flat square. Open up The Tailor, use Vicky as the base figure, and use your new square figure as the clothing. Now, select one of Vicky's expression/speech morphs, like "Mouth A", and use The Tailor to create a corresponding morph in the square. Continue to create a bunch of those for the various expression/speech morphs, and resave the figure. And voila! A wall that deforms like it was talking! Obviously you'd need to tack on the lips, and figure out how to synchronize THEIR speech with the WALL's speech; but I leave that to you. :-) Again, this is just a theory; I don't know if it'd work, but it's worth a try :-)

Oh, almost forgot. Before sending the square into the Tailor, make sure to reposition it in Poser so that Vicky's lips poke through it. Otherwise The Tailor won't find any affected geometry to work with :-)

What I suggested earlier does work if you have the material editor and work on the materials in the head. There is a transparency factor that you set to one. This doesn't take it out entirely. The flesh tones show up. To overcome this, you have to create a new node on the diffuse color and insert a 2d image map which matches the background image. Choose a color in the color swatch that matches the background color most closely. You have to do this for skin head and skin scalp. The lips appear as disembodied and don't blend with the wall though. You can set the parameters for the eyes to be visible which makes it kind of bizarre.
