Zhann: I may be able to help. I live on the coast and I have the exact tidepools you have in mind. I won't be going near them until Monday, so if you can wait that long....

Zhann: My wife Maggie has just seen this pic. She's not comp/lit so I explained this whole thread to her. She loves your kitten and I'll explain why.... Middle of last year we got to take in 2 kittens, a black and a white/grey tabby. The black strolled into my son's house looking for food (he lives just along the road) and the w/g was rescued by my daughter 165 miles from our home here in Wales. She took it in because the family dog had been playing with the kittens and accidently killed one. So, the litter had to be farmed out pretty damn quick. We ended up with 2 kits and although they hated each other on sight they were cuddled-up to each other on a chair 12 hours later! and have been best friends ever since.... Well the w/g, we called him 'Sweep' disappeared over a week ago and we've about given up on him. Maggie is so sad. The black, we call him 'Sooty', is still here and misses Sweep terribly. How any b,/**".d could throw a kitten out of a truck on the move is just beyond us and we're really glad he/she found a home with you. I've always thought that you were a nice person and here ya go and prove it.... Isn't it strange how things can happen like this.? BTW: Innovator is quite right..... The Bryster (& Maggie)

Looks like you guys need to find Sooty another friend, I had a cat that lost her long time companion(7yrs), and she just pined away, wouldn't eat, stayed by herself, wandered around calling him, until finally she passed away not more than 6 months after her companion did...now's the time to introduce a new face, it will fill all the holes in everyone....(there are plenty of lost souls out there, and in shelters).... BTW, Nemo is a handful of sass and king of the hill right now, my other 9 cats are giving him slack, because he's a kitten, that'll end soon...8) Zhann
