Just been playing with the jungle tutorial by Thomaskrahn. It is still a work in progress but any comments welcome.

Cheers
Neil

Very thick at the moment. I would give the image an visual center in form of a central element - an animal, a special tree or something. And give the whole image a little more contrast in lifting one of the lightsources in strength. For example the one which shines at the moment to the gras/bamboo in the middle of the image. But as usual, only my two cents. Walther

Yes, the gorilla has to come out better. Gve hime some light and maybe map the dead tree with a better material and make it a bit smaller, otherwise it takes over the gorilla.. The scene looks very nice, needs just to be improved a little. Guitta

I would simply make the spotlight much stronger to create a greater contrast :) anyway, this is brilliant!

Thanks Walther, Sharen, Guitta and Thomas for your comments. It is a crappy day here so I can get some more time to play with the lighting and textures and Walther your 2 cents is worth at least 4 cents here in NZ with our exchange rate :) Thanks Have fun Neil
