im going to post the progress of an image im working on, of the city of edoras from LOTR. I want the image to focus mainly on the great hall, with a very dramatic sky and lighting. Im making slow but steady progress, so far ive made the fron section of the hall. ive spent almost as much time modeling as making the textures in photoshop. the textures arent greatly detailed, mainly because the building wont be that close to the viewer. I need some feedback!

Whoo, thats some task youve set yourself but judging by what youve done so far its going to be worth it. It`ll be interesting following your progress.

If I were you I'd go talk to the guys making LOTR III. They need some cg artists. In my book you qualify! Keep us posted, we could all learn something here!
