Subject: Linking layers?

I know this is probably a stupid question, but how do you link layers in Adobe photoshop? I'm creating a boy from shapes, how do you do this? Thanks for your help.:)

First highlight one of the layers you want linked to another then click in box to right of eye of each layer you want linked to that active (highlighted) layer. A link/chain icon will appear.

No stupid questions, only dumb ones are the ones we're afraid to ask...

It's really simple, just click the box next to the "visibility" (eye) box...

Any layer linked together will move as one
