This may have been asked before...but, is there a way to fit V3 clothing to V2?

Ask me a question, and I'll give you an answer.

If someone produces a V3 manikin with the V1 body shape as morphs, we could. I have been hoping Lord Nakagawa would do it. His present system for V1 to V3 using The Tailor works to a point, but to be a true conversion, the joints probably need to be recut. Normally I use RDS to do this and although it makes getting at the polys where you can see them easy, it messes up the mapping - you get connecting lines. UVM will let you reassign groups and not affect mapping, but polys are more difficult to find on a 2D projection.

Its not a problem I have this mamikin but di dnot see a big need for it since they have the "V3 with the V2 body" figure DAZ will have to distribute it because they said the model is dirivitive (while I did not use any of DAZ's mesh I used V3 and V2 as a referance). It enought people pester DAZ I am surw will let me post it on thier site as they let me post the V2 to V3 mannikin.

I didn't think you would let us down. V3 has gotten enough unique stuff that this would be useful. It would be nice if DAZ would follow Steve Shanks' example and offer their clothing items for both V1 and V3.
