Subject: checkout problem...

keep getting this message when i'm trying to checkout, "We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you." i've trid emptying my cart and re-adding but still won't let me checkout, is it something wrong at my end ?

Hi, You have had credit card failure 3 times and our system blocks you out after 3 failed tries to run your credit card. We have to manually reset the attempts after you contact our office. Thank you, Stacey Renderosity Admin

i dont think i will be ringing, i'm in the uk and unless the phone call is free it'll end up costing more for the call than the actual product i want to buy :D is there any other way to contact via e-mail perhaps to get it sorted ?
