Yup....dragged my ass outta bed at an ungodly hour....got everyone ready and out the door....raced over there only to find out that it was too windy for the ballons..... :~/ Spent about an hour walking around the place even though there was like no one there, and then left..... The day wasn't a total waste, ended up going a bit further down the road to the ocean, (it's everywhere around here) had clam cakes and clam chowder (the red kind thank you very much and I pity those who've never had 'em) and took pics of lighthouses and rocky coastlines.... 3 rolls in total.... Did go back later in the day to the Balloon Festival later that afternoon, but again did not stay long....wasn't much fun without the ballons.....

Damn girl, I'm so jelous. Just a little further to the ocean (as I say that nodding my head back n forth) I wish I was surrounded by lighthouses and ocean. I'd love to see those. So you like the Manhatten Style chowder eh? Sorry you missed the balloons but your day still sounds magnificent!
