there is a problem with bryce5. i have one file with objectgroups, built with primitives, trees, etc. when i change the selection of the objectgroup, the former selected jumps to another position. i have never seen this before. did anybody knows a solution, to save this file, which costed me weeks of work.

I'm not positive if this is what you are looking for but in the attributes box, if you check mark "locked" the object will not move. I always forget about this and am forever having to hit the undo button when I accidently grab something and it moves. HTH Angela

Finally someone else, besides myself, complains about this crazy Brycian bug! I've had this happen a few times as well, usually when I have many, many objects a scene. Why it happens, I dunno, but the object that keeps moving always seems to jump back to the same location in the scene. Its as if Bryce is trying to tell me something..... 'no Jay, that tree looks better over there.... here, let me movwe that for you.' Ang's suggestion of locking the wandering object seems to work.

@Jaymonjay- yes, exactly, that is the problem. seems to be the last time, that i use bryce5 for a professional job. shit, lets go back to bryce2 or cinema4d. @Ang25 in this case undo doesnt work.
