I won't be taking my photography class in the coming year. FUDGE! This is because the Canadian government has decided to give me 2000$ less in loans this year than last year (2234 last ywear, 234$ this year), which has come as a complete surprise to me. It especially sucks, because I was not only counting on the loan to pay for schol, but also for course materials. As it is, paying for school shall be a chore in itself, but I'll make by. What won't work is photo, as the materials and lab fees are too expensive (unless people are in really generous moods and wanna ship boxes of AGFA semi-matte/Ilford Pearl paper, along with black and white film to me... seriously, if anyone wants ta, I won't complain!). This is a big bummer.; Because of this, I'm also having to chince down on my audio hardware, as I was originally gonna spend 700$ on a sound card, midi keyboard, and graphics card (all used/overstock/refurbished), and now I shall be spending 3-400$ instead (Canadian currency) on a surprsingly better sound card (M-Audio Quattro USB), but a lower model keyboard (likely a Roland PC-200 instead of an M-audio Radium 61). Unless an extra 500$ pops into my lap in the next week, I won't be taking Photography 200. effin' balls man...

Whoa that's a big cut.....do you know why they cut back so severely? That surely does suck for you, sorry to hear it....

my rents both somehow made a lot more money than they did the year before. My mum's helping me out a bit, but effin ouch.
