Trying to import a background pic for something I've been dying to do. However the size changes dramatically even when I say change window to background size! It becomes way smaller and pretty much unusable! Grrr lol I'm sure it's some setting or something I am overlooking. Help please??? I am using pp and importing as background.

You need to use a flat square instead. Load the flat square in your props folder. Then apply the image as a material/texture. You may need to adjust the base color of the square, depending on your lighting. You can then scale the square to fit your needs. Better to use the square, imported images to the background, pixalate to much.

AAAhhh great! Thank you so much. I never thought of that, it was suggested for an over pixelted background before but I didn't know how and didn't even realize it would help with this problem too! I think I've got it now thanks again!

I dunno about PPP, but in vanilla P4 you can drag the window size out with the little handle in the lower righthand corner of the viewport.

If the background still pixelates on the square-- I've had that happen-- leave it in to set up your pose correctly but render over black background and save as Tiff. Then you can add the background unpixelated in PSP or PS using the alpha channel to float your scene right on top of it. Emily
