Subject: Do Quick Conform and Tailor do the same thing?

I know that Tailor can be used to make V2 clothing compatible for V3, but if I want to make V3 clothes conform to morphed V3 is Quick Conform all I need? Thanks in advance.

No. Tailor transfers morphs from figures to clothes. QuickConform uses donor cr2s to set joint params. It's meant to be used by people who are modeling clothes for a figure and need to make them conform. I think tailor does what you're trying to do.
