Hi all,

This is my first try at a forum challenge. Image rendered with defaults settings, so its still kind of rough. Comments, suggestions and criticisms welcome.

Looks good so far.Perhaps a little DOF to blur the branches nearest the "camera" in your final render. Maybe this is an illusion, but to me it appears as though the the trunk of the middle tallest tree is a bit wider at the top than at the base. Good work.

Very nice, I like the trees. Pretty sky, it blends well with the background.

You've created a lovely atmosphere with your sky and I think that a touch of DOF would work really well as long as it was just a touch around the edges of the image. If you do use the DOF remember that the default setting of 0.10 is generally too high. Catlin

lovely render! the whole scene thumbs up! coments... try remembering scale... the farther it gets the smaller the object is... you could fake this by maing your object smaller and smaller... or you could do it the hard way by putting your object reeaaaaaaaalllllyyyyyy far... ya know what i mean right? my 2 cents

That's really cool. I'm sure it looks even better with higher resolution.
