Subject: horses, armor, and chess pieces needed

I working on an image that's taking on a life of its own. So... anybody know what all options are out there regarding horses? Textures, morphs, poses? Also, I need some Chess pieces, and I'm looking for some armor for Mike as well. If anybody can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

3D Studio Max has a complete chess set.

There is also a chess set for sale here and one at Poserstyle, but you subscribe to that site. There are some great textures here and at Daz for horses, just picked up one here the other day that is really nice. Marque

There are at least 3 horse models out there: the basic Poser horse, the DAZ "Charger" and Bloodsong's "Heavy War Horse". Didn't Sharkey also do a horse? I believe that all 3 horses have barding available. I got PhilC's Lady Knight and Horse w/Armor a couple of years back and they worked out really well. Bloodsong made horse blankets with morphs for extending them long enough to pass for Medieval. Chess pieces? Free stuff in various places have the standard "Staunton" tournament-styled sets. If you want anything like Alice Through the Lookingglass, the Isle of Lewis, or Chinese you'll probably not have much luck finding anything already made for sale or free. Carolly
