I don't know quite how to explain this, but I will try. I reciently purchased the poser 4 pro pack, and just installed it over my old poser 4... now, when I use Poser, it seems to function properly until I go to use textures/mat files in my pose folder. It'll use everything before the letter M, Everything after N will not open. I'm baffleled. It's as if the items that should be there don't exist anymore. But, when I check my poser folder, they are there. Anyone else have any problems with this or know how to fix it? Thank you, Mercy

Poser has a limit on how many it will show. Only the first 256 or so folders and 256 files in folders. Did you do some reorganizing? It gets pretty bad even before that limit is reached. When I've got even 150 folders Poser starts truncating the names and it's harder to tell what's what. You'll need to consolidate stuff into fewer folders where possible. Also, the MAT pose files will work just as well in the Cameras library..BUT you have to name the .pz2 to .cm2 first or Poser won't see them. After all that, if that's not what happened, I haven't a clue. ;-)

You can also check out PBoost by Hogwarden. Not free, but reasonable. It allows you to have several 'Poses', etc., folders and switch between them while using Poser. But take the compatibility test first...not every system can use it successfully. Believe me, messing with the files in Poser's libraries has become a daily thing for me. LOL
