Subject: Deleting M2 Pubic Hair Object

I never plan to use this for anything. As is I have it set invisible with a transparency. My initial attempts to delete it with the group tool in the setup room failed. Any tips?

Well, the object isn't there when you turn the genitalia off. The only thing I can tell you is that when genitalia is on, keep the pubic hair transparent. Sorry...

I would refrain from deleting it as doing so would render your morphs in the hip unusable.

Is'nt it a seperate part though. All those little black dots must be a poly group. I do'nt know why anyone would add this to a model!

It's not a separate body part, and it was part of the model for the intention of being transparency-mapped for a more realistic effect. It is part of the hip bodypart. Simply make it completely transparent.

the easiest thing is to find the dial for the pubic hair and make it invisible, by applying the morph that causes it to disappear. :) I am pretty sure M2 has the pubes on a dial.

Send him in to get an operation on his leg, a nice man will come around with a straight razor before the op and remove the lot for him... :) later jb

A straight razor? I happen to own a straight razor, and strongly suspect that every male I know would need to be thoroughly unconscious before having his testicles approached by an opened blade. Painted on body hair anywhere looks silly. Hair has depth and bulk even if there isn't enough mass to budge a postal scale. It doesn't matter if it is growing on the genitals, the eyebrows, the underarms, or the upperlip, wherever, it has some depth. The extra bit of mapping with transparency is a step up: not fully modeled, but not a paint job, either. Carolly
