I filled out the information form completely when making my purchase for the for nude male texture by Levius, including the security code information, but still no download button or link on my purchase page.

What do you mean by shippable product? Isn'it a downloadable product?...and How will you sihp it to me? Roland

That means you receive the CD in the mail. It is not a downloadable product. You filled out the form with your shipping address on it and we ship the CD to that address. Thanks, Stacey

I don't understand why you don't mention on it on the purchase page... wich product is downlaoded and wich product is avaible on cd.

Hi Manigart, The shipping charges are displayed when checking out if any shippable items are included in your order. I will investigate ways to better communicate if a product is shippable or downloadable. Thanks for shopping with us. Clint
