Sorry to bug everyone with this - but whaddya think so far? If anyone has any ideas of what I can do with it when it's finished, I'd love to hear! Although bear in mind I don't have poser or anything so sorry, but no people :o/

Awesome! You could always use bryce to make a movie. A mountain in frame 1 and apply erosion and dampen in frame 500 and presto the mountain wears away as the time machine travels into the future. You can control sky , clouds, sun already. Bet you could do some pretty neat special effects.

But first, leap into the future and grab a super-dooper-computer to render the movie! I like it so far, but it doesn't look finished to me. Rather like the engine without the car....

Everyone - Thanks! electroglyph - Great idea, but... I hate to think what the render time will be when I actually put it in a scene hehe TheBryster - you're absolutely right, it IS just the engine at the moment and isn't anywhere near finished Rayraz - thanks! - glass prism modelled in Wings3d (5 polys ;o) - the rest is primitives, except the curved arms which are lattices (which made the polygon count so high)

I dunno..some cutting, moving, etc., on a torus segment could possible have done it in Wings..;) I think there might be some (nonposeable) figures at 3d-cafe.com. At present, it could be some sort of time-machine-surfboard thingy..;)

Hehe - anyways I'm happy with using the lattices and I'm not particularly good with 'proper' modellers...
