Ive been playing with poser for 2 weeks orso now, and ive made some hero renders for people over at the City of Heroes (upcoming MMORPG) forums. Was looking for some feedback from you pros, what do I need to watch out for, work harder on, be carefull for etc :D Follow the link, its under My Art.

Well until one of the pros responds, I'll babble at ya. I like the Death Collector picture--it's the most visually interesting to me. IMHO The cape's kind of weak in comparison to the rest of the image. It's kinda dull and along with the legs gets kind of lost in one "mass" if that makes sense. I think you could probably do something really cool with it too if you played with the lighting a bit. And as for CoH, yeah I'm lookin forward to it! My psychic advisor told me I can expect it to be released sometime in 2007 so I'm really psyched! :)

Oh yeah forgot to mention, I love the skull pattern on Death Collector's face. And hammers are nice too. But I wouldn't wanna be whacked by em, that's for sure.

if you are into MMORPG / heroic fantasy kind ofpicture, i suggest you to try at renderosity for inspiration, there are people that may show you things that gives idea.. wyrmmaster have some fantasy character in the flavor of neverwinter and the like, and sure there are others... also your pics are great especially if you only began to use poser since 2 weeks, given the restrictions and shortcomings of it on some areas such as ligthing (unless you learn a few tricks to overcom it of course)
