Rain, usually considered as "bad weather", but no live on this planet would exist without it. With tropical temperatures all over Europe, and forest fires raging in many parts, the value of natures precious gift of water in the form of rain is a little bit more appreciated over here right now.

Holy smoke! I'd kill for weather like that....it's been above 25 degrees Celcius for almost two months now with only 10 minutes of rain weeks ago. And since last thursday it's been mid 30's all the time (around 95F) with almost 40 (100+) here on wednesday and thursday. Hottest days ever recorded. Rain....can't we exchange some ? I'll give you guys some sun if you can send me some rain ;) Summer is fun, but 100F+ in the shadow is too much (and above 90F after midnight)..... I almost forgot: Great shot! Well done, hehehe ;) Gonna turn off my pc again ;)

Oh Rork....I'm so sorry to hear that....no rain is bad... We've had rain here for the whole week straight with local flooding in some areas.... I'd gladly give you some if I could.

great photo...i like it. @rork...same here (not for 2 months though), and workingin an office without aircon is no fun with temp at 30-35 deg C

dear Peter, This is a fantastic image. I see more desperation and despair in the man at the right, as if he has no place to go out of the rain. Greyscale was perfect for this one. I get lucky sometimes in images..but not like this! Thanks for a truly good one for my memory. God Bless. TomDart.
