Is there a way, pre-postwork, to make the eyes 'light up' using the lights? I've got a project going....and I would LOVE to be able to do it in Poser.. Thanks in advance! ~Shadow

Yup, use a spotlight and "Point" it at the eye with a real small area. (move the light up real close) cheers, dr geep ;=]

I did something like this for "Stare"... check out my gallery... I can prolly forward you the scene if you like. It's two sets of lights... one in front and one behind, with the spotlight "end" very low... that way it doesn't shine places besides the eyes :-) Good Luck! -RP

(move the light up real close) And use the shadowcam to zoom in as close as possible to the eye. I'd use a spotlight and set AngleStart and AngleEnd to very narrow angles (as RP says). mac

I often add Ambient light to the irises.

Ah yes, connatic. Good trick. Anton did the same thing. He posted a thread a few months back on making the One Ring, complete with fire-writing, using transparency maps and ambient color values. See the link for a neat effect. mac
