Subject: Victoria's missing head

I just got Vue 4 and tried importing my first Poser object (Victoria 3 .pz3). A strange thing happened, she has no head! Her eyes and body are there and the texture doesn't look quite right. I also tried exporting from poser as a 3Ds file and this time the texture was correct by part of her head was missing. Has anyone heard of this happening before? Is there a certain way I need to export my poser characters?

First of all: Update your Vue copy with the FULL UPDATE 4.12 at e-onsoftware.com. Then import your pz3.
