I love it. Okay tell me more about this ink and paint thing. Is it just the click of a button to cartoonize the pic or what? Please tell me as I want to do stuff like that too. Love esther
I aim to update it about once a month. Oh, and it's free!
estherau: Ink n' Paint is one of the shaders that comes with Max 5, it's not too hard to use, basically you set it as your material for a particular object (or sub object) then set you colors, paint levels line thickness and "overlap" bias. The overlap is one of the tings that takes the most tweaking. It calculates how far something needs to be in front of something else before it puts a line there. With a little trial and error it's not real hard to use, and it can be mixed with other materials to produce interesting effects (the reflections on the car are one example).
Oh. Okay thanks. I wish I had that software. I've just got Vue d'esprit and photoshop. I'll have to think about Max 5. Maybe one day. Anyway, great image!!! Love esther

This was rendered in Max using Ink 'n Paint but the entirety of the scene set-up was done in Poser. The figure is Maya Doll, the car was downloaded from http://dmi.chez.tiscali.fr/models1.html. This is just an image I had in my head for a while... So, how did I do?
