I dont know if anyone would be interested but I found this site offering HiRes photographs free for personal and commercial use (limited to 50 downloads every few days) including human skin and animal fur.

hmmm...weird. I went to check out one texture...the first time I ever went there, the first texture I looked at......and they told me I already exceded my download limit, and I should come back in 2-3 days...geez.
