Subject: V3 morphing T-shirt

Does anybody know why breast7 and breast8 morphs were not included in the morphing t-shirt? Is it possible to transfer the missing morphs to the t-shirt? If so with which utility? Thanx

Actually, I used Breast8 to counteract the Young and Emaciated morphs on a teenage character I was doing. I wanted to keep the breasts small but somewhat rounded, and the others wouldn't do it as well as Breast8 at 0.2ish.

Hey, now that's not a bad idea at all. I also use the young morph a bit. I'll try it. Oh yes, I have that t-shirt too. Love esther

FyreSpirit hit the nail on the head. I use the Breast8 morph as counteraction or to enhance the effects of some of the other full body morphs. ....or a starting point to create characters. Why did DAZ leave these morphs out of the clothing figure? It seems as though if V3 has the morphs, the clothing to fit her would have them as well. I just don't understand it. If someone knows for SURE, let me know. Thanx ....I did try to transfer the morphs using Morph manager, but did not work. Course the dreaded crosstalk may have been the culprit keeping the figure from working properly.

Morph Manager only works when the meshes are the same. The Tailor works across figures. I've found it to be a good investment, because I do a lot of custom characters.

I am guessing they had a little too much crunching when they did them and they opted to not have a bad looking shirt at that extreme. Try 6 dialed a little larger maybe to see if it works.

thanks for the info. There are a few more morphs I plan to add as soon as I get the Tailor. But as FyreSpirit pointed out, it will be a good investment as it will pay for itself in the long run.

Yeah, I can't use Tailor since I am on a Mac so that isn't an option for me but I just know they don't like crunched stuff.

Are you using P5? Then the Cloth Room will be a solution for your problem - it works great, exactly for this purpose. I use it all the time whenever a piece of clothes has not the right morphs built into it.

I forgot to mention, I use Poser 4.0xxxx something, just had a memory manager update from CL. Not sure what the version # is. Maybe one day when I am able, might step up to P5. The Cloth room sounds interesting. Also subject not related, I would love the Raytracing feature, enabling me to do reflections. I have yet to manage a P4 render. Course I know that postwork would be invloved. Anybody know a few tutorials on Mirroring images. Does Jim Burton have mirror tut? Most of the commercial work he offers, displays a mirror with a reflection. But he probably uses P5 now. Any help would be appreciated. thanx

I thought The Tailor didn't work with V3? I saw that there was an updated version, but I didn't think it did V3 either. Enlighten me? bonni

The Tailor works with V3 - it doesn't (or didn't) work with Poser 5 CR2s, and since you have to save V3 to a CR2 to have the morphs to work with, this was a problem for P5 owners.
