Hi All. recently saw a render over at PoserPros which used a character the artist called Female Predator. I know I have a copy of the male predator somewhere in my messy filing system and though I have tried to track it to read the original ReadMe file in hopes of finding the original artist I have not been too successful thus far. Is it a take-off from the original male mesh? Is the artist the same as the original male Predator? Is it a freebie somewhere or a commercial product? Where it might be found either for sale or Dl? The image creator claims to have downloaded from somewhere but doesn't recall where and who did it. Been looking everywhere and haven't been able to track it. If anyone here knows of it and can help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.

TB KOan or something like that Made the preditor, But zygote had a heart attack because he used some of thier poser mesh, So he took the model underground and started a yahoo groups, Im not sure if the yahoo group is still running. Thats the preditor with the alien head. the female preditor is still around I think over at animotions maybe.

Virus and I made the Alien, when I first started modeling. I made the head but I was not sure how to go about maing the body, Because I was not sure how to cut the figure up to be made posable. So i sent Virus a e mail asking him if he wanted to make a body, he did and it was very good work he did on it too. I later went and made some new parts because I thought the alien kinda looked too skinny.

this was supposed to be are Alien promo release poster but had some major problems with bandwith and finding propsguild a new home, so we abandoned the Alien project for awhile.

The alien does make great drawings, Here is a drawing I did from the printed out image of the alien in a pose.

What does this got to do with preditor you ask? Hmmmmm.....

Skinny Alien still at propsguild, But I reworked it to look more threatening. This is the Alien After I rebuilt it, But I also went back and redesigned the head as seen in the image above this in the first posting.

I'm still hoping for an Aliens vs. Predator movie. Great texturing job on the rework.

According to "Upcoming Movies" AvP is due August 6th 2004. A very specific date, make of that what you will. Theres no casting news and the story isnt from the Dark Horse comics but current rumours make it look more likely to happen than it has for a while. I spent a long time converting TBKoens Predator into a Mike version, for personal use only, couldnt count the number of copyrights infringed doing it.

hey! Great Alien Creatures. I think I have downloaded all that I have found out there free. Your Pen and ink rendering is the bomb! Great line work! The retooled Alien is great too. has that been available for download? Not sure I have seen that detailed a version? Yeah...the dreds. Love em too. Thats one of the reasons I am looking for the fem Predator! I never saw the fem Predator up close inthis other persons render at Poser Pros but from the looks of it it looked more like the male. Seemed like the same costume setup/texturing. I gotta go back and check. Your renderings are prett cool. What project were these images done for? If a series or story, was it posted or is it still available for viewing? Where did you find the fem Predator costume used for the human girl? Remembering The Comic Collective and the switch to Animotions and because I did originally find the original male Preditor there with a bunch of accessories, I went back on the off chance I'd luck out and find the fem Predator snuggled inthere with all the other cool stuff. Not so Lucky, Me. No did find.I am pretty sure i looked everywhere there. Any other hopes you can give me would be hugely appreciated! Thanks to all of you for responding! Cheers!

i have done that stuff myself,with support of tbkoen, we planed first to release both of them...but there where to much troubles and the project died..

where can i get the poser files for the alien figures?

It's still in the freebies section at Propsguild, at least for the moment.

Mesh magic, I went with your post there, was able to find the alien.....still hunting down the preditors though. Thanks for the tips, hope to find them soon ;)
