Hi, This is for order #144351. I am a new customer and I e-mailed the 800 number from my card. I'm hoping to get the download today if possible :-) Thanks!

Hi, What email address did you send your information to? It should have went to store@renderosity.com but I am not showing an email from you. If you could please send the information to that email address, we will get your downloads activated. Thank you, Stacey Renderosity Store
