I created an avatar in poser5, but after I exported it to viewpoint object format, the cloth and hair was disappeard.Should I need to set something in material room? Thank you.

If it was Poser 5's hair, then you can't export that. Don't know about the cloth.

Ok, Thank you smiller1 :). So I cannot use poser5's hair :( . really take a lot of effort on that . :)

Even if it exported, I think the vertex count of dynamic hair would be too much for Viewpoint's software renderer to display it anywhere near realtime.

I think that because of the way Poser 5 deals with dynamic cloth that this will be similar. A possible path may be to export each frame as an OBJ then try to assemble it in Max,(or another modeling program) and then out to Viewpoint. I've not tried this but it may be an avenue to follow.

You could try to convert the dynamic clothing to morph targets before exporting.
