While I do not have it to try they may be transparent items, trmove the trans map while authoring and before you render re-apply it that may be the solution.

Yup... the easiest way is to select the transparent object, then go to "Display", pick "Element Style" and choose "Cartoon with Lines." This will make the selected element show up as a flat gray object you can see while you're working in the scene, but all of the transparencies etc will still be there when you render. No change to the materials is necessary.

I've just purchased "Worldz V2" by 3DModelz, and I am beginning to get the feel of it. However, one thing is very puzzling... no matter which view I use (I prefer texture shaded), I am not able to see any props other than the ground and sky planes until I render. In essence, this means I am flying "blind" when making adjustments and I need to render to confirm every change! Hopefully, I am just missing something here (I'm still very new to Poser, so apologies if I'm overlooking something obvious)... but there was no help for this problem in the tutorial. I am using Poser 5. Thanks for any help you can provide. Mike
