argh! starts shaking and going around like Cornholio I cant take it! I'm ready to throw P4 clean out the 2nd floor and see how big of a thump it makes! I dont know why i picked up a copy of it in the first place! too many tutorials, too many this, too complicated that, not a smart enough brain! Worse yet, I come here only to see people running circles around me, leaving me more depressed and frustrated that i cant even hold a busted Zippo to. Any questions I ask (with no fault of your own) leaves my primative mind with more questions! Gilbert Godfree voice I cant TAKE it anymore! runs around screaming maniacly ..->[ aMP-3 ]<-..

Hmmm ... over stimulated and under medicated. ;-) You gotta remember that many of the folks here have been working with Poser for years. Sometimes it's best to just walk away from it for a while to recharge your batreries. I've had to do that myself and find that it helps a lot. This isn't a contest so take your time. It will all come together eventually.

Cheer up. Don't try to learn it all at once. You might begin with the simple things, like conforming the clothing, then work your way up to the more complex things like texture mapping and morph targets. Don't give up. You'll be glad you stuck with it. I was completely hopeless when I began, and now I'm doing a lot more than I expected. If you have questions, just ask. That's why we're here. Melanie

yeah...take Bushi's advice...and don't compare yourself to anyone...just do your thing and what you enjoy in Poser...one step at a time so to speak...we all started rendering the standard Poser girl (or guy) without even posing her..hehe Like any software worth it's weight it take time to learn it.

..and the best piece of advise- Do NOT drink coffee while working in Poser (or ANY 3D program!) Drink a TRUE Warrior's drink instead- Chocolate Milk :o)

oh man... when i first got here, i was like... 'you can do THAT with POSER!?!!??!' i had a brain meltdown too. but don't worry, after a while, you'll catch up. just start with things you want to do for your projects. keep plugging along! :)

Get a hammock...its a great cure for the "smacking your head against the nearest wall syndrome" :)
