Hey Darth, it seems the e-mail program doubled up on the HTML link so the address is repeated twice in the link :o( Just cut and paste the links into your browser and it should take you right there! Sorry!! Jack

I didn't get the e-mail. Waaaah!!! I'm a pariah!!!

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

Thanx for the quick service. Actually, I'm very happy it's a camel. I have a lot of poser people, but not too many animals. BTW, I was under the impression I had checked yes on my profile, I guess I'll have to re-check it. Thanx again.

edarsenal ( ) posted Sun, 23 July 2000 at 12:35 AM

if ya did, let me know so we can look into it. When we shipped it out, the number of emails sent was the same as the amount who checked yes. If there is a glitch somewhere, better to find it now, ya know? and your quite welcome! :)

Got the camel (thanks Zygote!) but not the e-mail even though I should be set up to receive e-mail notices in my profile. :( Could someone please send me a copy? I understand that there is a discount coupon as well as some news from Zygote enclosed. Thanks.

I checked into the problem and have found that allot of AOL users were not able to get the e-mail, due to the new filters that AOL has that tries and helps prevent SPAMMING of their members (which doesn't always work, since my AOL box gets about 20 SPAM mails a day!). Seems their new software looks at the orginator's file to find out how many mails that are being issued to other AOL members and if that ammount is over their filter's ability, AOL kicks the e-mail back because it figures it is SPAM. That is why those of us, including me, that have AOL didn't get the e-mail. If you are one of those people, let me know and I will send it to you personally. Thanks Jack

{I checked into the problem and have found that allot of AOL users were not able to get the e-mail, due to the new filters that AOL has that tries and helps prevent SPAMMING of their members (which doesn't always work, since my AOL box gets about 20 SPAM mails a day!).} Jack, the Spam blocker doesn't work in three cases: 1) The spam originates within AOL (either by a member - who often soon loses their account - or staff). 2) The spam is somehow relayed via an AOL account (often pirated for just that purpose), or 3) The e-mail is from a group that obtained a free "mass-email" license from AOL (my wife went through the work of getting these for two lists she was on; it required about three days of e-mailing them back and forth and filling out two forms). These groups are "sign-up only" - you have to register somewhere to get the e-mail - but some people have set these up to abuse the concept. AOL does the best job of most ISPs to block spam, coming in at around 95% of externally generated spam and about 20% of internal spam - but that still means MILLIONS of pieces get through each day. And the filter limit is set for, IIRC, 50 addresses.
