hello all, how do i go about creating an atmosphere from scratch. i searched the manual and found no clue on how to do this? (i admit i could have missed it) whenever i load up i get prompted to choose an atmosphere, i have searched the interface for something with relation to creating an new one but was unable to find anything. thanks in advance for the assistance! eb.

OK.let's see if I can 'splain this right! After saying OK to any old atmosphere '-), go into 'atmosphere editor' and in the lower right there is an icon(page with folded corner) for new atmosphere. From there you can go and elimate all fog and haze and you'll basically have a 'from scratch' starting point. Hope this helps ya out, eb! ==steve

I have a tutorial on creating atmospheres from scratch if you are interested. You can access it through e-on software's community links under the tutorials header or go directly through to Daz 3D ~ Arcana to gain access.

http://www.e-onsoftware.com/Community/Tutorial.php

or for the direct route to the tutorial http://arcana.daz3d.com/author.php?id=13

I hope it can help :)

I'm glad I could render some assistance eb :) Due to circumstances beyond my control, some of the content was re-written by the Arcana Staff. Should any of the tutorial steps feel unfinished, please let me know. I have the uncut tutorials on hand, easily made available should you require them. If there is anything else I can do, just send up a IM or email smoke signal. Regards, ~beck
