Hello, When I look at my account at DAZ, it says: Voucher Balance: $5.00 (of which $0.00 can be used on Platinum Club Items) My question is how do I use the voucher? Do they send me a number? If so, I do not remember getting on in the email. I wrote DAZ about a week ago, but they must be busy as I have not heard from them. Any information is much appreciated. Thank you in advance. For me, the voucher is automatically used when I click check out. It gives me a total and includes my voucher if I have some non PC items. There is an option to click and not use the voucher as well but by default (for me anyway) it's set to use them. Hope this helps.

No problem. As I recall, if you proceed with the check out you will get 2 e-mails. The first will be the order total and the second will be what you were actually charged which should be minus your voucher amount. It threw me at first until I actually slowed down to read them. ;)

Hi Nancy: Steve is correct. The voucher is automatically applied unless you check the box to not apply it.
