Hello, does anyone know a good effect that would make a landscape "as" if it was raining? thanks leo

well, you could try adding noise/motion blur(70 degree angle)/blur on a black background

thanks, this is a stupit question, but how do a I make an empty layer that recives the qualities of the layer below? So I could use the noise filter in a independent layer... does my question make sence? leo

You could add a layer and fill the layer with a light blue color then add noise/motion blur (the amount of noise has to be played with). Change the blending mode to soft light and adjust the opacity for the desired effect.

I'll look into it... I wasn't 100% happy with the noise/motion blur leo
