Hahahahaha - ok maybe one more! LOL! Hey this is the first work I ever did in Poser (version 3)! Once I saw what you could do in Poser I couldn't wait to indulge my warped sense of humor!

Richabri ( ) posted Tue, 16 September 2003 at 11:14 PM

We better have our fun before Tammy gets back and sees what we've done to her thread! We're all going to be in BIG trouble then!!!

mateo_sancarlos ( ) posted Tue, 16 September 2003 at 11:42 PM

Whoa! It looks like Richabri is the re-incarnation of that Legume guy who everyone mentions now and then.

Richabri ( ) posted Tue, 16 September 2003 at 11:49 PM

Jeez, if Legume heard you say that there would be no where on Earth you could hide that would be far enough away from him! ROFLOL!

I see you guys have been having some fun. :) I found some of images to be funny myself, unfortunately I had to remove the images since that is copyright and trademark issues without consent from the holder. thanks tammy

Richabri ( ) posted Wed, 17 September 2003 at 11:03 AM

Aw Jeez Tammy, like I said in my IM - it's always been my understanding that when an image like that is an obvious satire that the same copywrite rules don't apply. I may be mistaken though because I'm not a legal expert. Sorry to have rampaged through your thread while you were asleep though :)

I had a good laugh. :) Trying to be consistent with what has been handled in the past. Your images probably would not be considered degrading the trademark and most likely would fall under the satire rules. Being conservative. tammy

Penguinisto ( ) posted Wed, 17 September 2003 at 4:10 PM

Err, Parody doesn't infringe on either copyright or trademark law, and are specifically listed as exemptions to them. FYI. /P

mateo_sancarlos ( ) posted Wed, 17 September 2003 at 8:24 PM

I thought they were funny, and some company lawyers will interpret 1 instance as parody, but they will interpret multiple instances as copyright infringement and trademark dilution. It doesn't matter if they're wrong - that won't stop them from suing.
